Shipping Policy & Turnaround Time

Turnaround Time

  • DTF Transfers / Made-to-Order T-Shirts: 4–6 business days
  • Screen Prints: 1–3 business days (depending on order time)
  • Custom DTF Transfers & UV Decals: 7 business days

Need your order faster?.

  • To speed up delivery, add Express Shipping (2-Day) to your cart.
  • Rush orders under 50 pieces must be placed before 2:00 PM to ship the same day.
  • We do not offer overnight shipping.

If your order is still within the turnaround timeframe, please allow it to process — tracking details will be emailed once shipped.


Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after placement will incur a 15% restocking fee.
You will receive store credit for the remaining amount.

No refunds — store credit only.


Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock when your order is pulled, we will issue a store credit for that item and note the credit code on your invoice before shipping.

Defective or Damaged Items

We’re sorry for any issue with your order.
We do not issue refunds — only exchanges for store credit.

Custom items and transfers cannot be returned.

You have 10 days from delivery to begin a claim.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for pressing errors caused by not following instructions.
  • All transfers require a heat press (DTF, Clear Film, and Single-Color Screen Prints).
  • Transfers are for application to finished products only and may not be resold as transfers.

Missing or Defective Transfers

Inspect your package upon delivery. You have 10 days to report missing transfers.
After 10 days, replacements cannot be issued.

We are not liable for damage during transit — please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.

If your items arrive defective, please email or chat with us including:

  1. Your name, email, and best contact number
  2. Your order number
  3. A clear photo of the damaged item

Holiday Shipping

During holidays or severe weather, please allow extra time for delivery.
We are not responsible for stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages.

Please confirm your address before submitting your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We now offer Route Package Protection at checkout — a small optional insurance that protects your order if it’s lost, stolen, or undelivered.

If you add Route, you can easily file a claim for resolution or refund.
If you do not add Route, you are responsible for filing a claim directly with USPS or UPS.

We only file claims for orders covered by Route.


Returned Orders (Incorrect Address)

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and it’s not our fault, a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost will be deducted.
You’ll receive a store credit for the remaining balance.

To resend the package, you’ll be responsible for paying a new shipping fee.
